RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. 교환 및 환불
- 교환 및 반품은 제품 특성상 구입일로부터 7일 이내에 이메일(tari.macoi@gmail.com)을 통해
접수해주시고 접수 후 정해진 절차에 따라 진행됩니다.
-주문 후 제작되는 상품의 경우 단순 변심, 착오 등의 교환과 환불은 어려울 수 있습니다.
2. A/S에 관한 규정
이 제품의 보증 기간은 금(Gold) 1년, 은(Silver) 6개월 입니다.
다음의 경우 무상으로 수리가 되지 않습니다.
- 보증서를 제시하지 않거나 분실한 경우
- 사용자의 부주의나 사용법에 맞지 않는 사용에 의해 손상을 입었을 경우
-심한 충격 등 사고에 의한 고장의 경우
